The Le Cordon Bleu business management programs are conducted in Adelaide,
the capital of South Australia.
Adelaide, the education city of Australia has a proud tradition of

The Le Cordon Bleu business management programs delivered in partnership
with Adelaide University, The University of South Australia and the Regency
International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies - recognised
international leaders in hospitality and business management education and
research, offer Le Cordon Bleu graduates a stellar qualification for a
successful career in the hospitality industry.
Le Cordon Bleu Sydney
Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute offers intensive training
programs in both Cuisine and Pâtisserie for those aspiring to become a
professional chef or pâtissier. The culinary programs conducted at the
Sydney Institute of Culinary Arts bring together all the critical elements
of mastering the principles, theory and techniques of classical French
cuisine and combining the contemporary variations and influences of regional
cuisine.
The courses are conducted over 10 week blocks; offering graduates the unique
opportunity to receive dual certifications - the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary
Diplôme and the Australian Commercial Cookery qualification.
Practical classes are delivered over six hours comprising of two hours of
lecturer demonstration and four hours of student practical. Business
Operations Theory is delivered in one to two-hour sessions.
Students may combine a cuisine course with a pâtisserie course during the
same term if prerequisite studies have been completed.
*Cuisine program is offered on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
*Patisserie program is offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
