to two questions online and have them answered within 48 hours. For
example, you may have submitted your application to the Department of
migration and Citizenship but have been asked for further information or
have difficult questions that you are not able to answer. Our Registered
Australian Migration Agent will personally research your question by
accessing current migration legislation and policy, and will provide a
comprehensive answer to your question. If your question is very
complicated or requires additional research or collaboration, you will
be advised of this and will be notified of further charges that may
apply, in advance.

detail as possible to facilitate a prompt and accurate response. This
